Purchasing Policies: Once you create your order with me and pay through Squarespace checkout, I will review your provided information and submit an order to the printer (within 2 business days). Incorrect completion may result in delays or cancellations.

  • Shipping & Handling: All orders are shipped directly from the printer/manufacturer. Shipping is not included in the unit cost, but is added at checkout. You will receive any available tracking information from Bookvault at your provided email address.

  • Preorders: Stock is prohibited from being publicly shelfed and sold prior to the release date.

  • Refund/Returns: No refunds or returns are allowed at this time. If any stock arrives damaged, the author will work with the printer and/or carrier to help replace salvaged orders.

  • Discounts to RRP: The author allows stock to be sold at any discount through brick-and-mortar store sales or as part of store-wide promotional events, but asks that the retailer not make books available for online orders belo the RRP.

  • Resale Purchasing Only: If you are unable to provide a resale certificate ID number, please contact author@kojakalos.com with the required information from the form so that I may provide an invoice with tax added. Additional verification of legitimate business standing may be requested.
